Do you maybe want to go see a show in Oklahoma this week? Do you maybe not know which one you should go to?
Listen to this podcast and figure it out!
Nerdy stuff coming in 2014. I promise.

One of my favorite bands, Grand Buffet (seriously, they're in my top three) are returning this Friday to play a show or two in celebration of each member of the duo releasing solo projects.
In honor of this occasion, for which I will be absent, I've made this podcast. It's pretty comprehensive, with GB tracks off of all their albums, solo tracks, and collaborative tracks.
Yes, all of you amazing people, the For The Love Of The Children Podcast is back! We're still experimenting with our format -to make the show more tolerable for everyone- so it's much shorter this week, and will probably remain that way so we can continue making them each week.
Anyway, this show's got everything from Steve Vai to Justin Timberlake. Because, you know, we make our playlists mainly based off of this. Enjoy!
Hey all you amazing peeps! This is the new podcast where we play music… BECAUSE WE LIKE IT!
Not too much of my dumb voice, and lots of good music.
This week's episode is dedicated to the band, Failure. They are one of my favorite bands of the '90s, and they recently announced that they're reuniting, and they sold out their first reunion show (mainly to scalpers) in just about an hour.
Last week came and went without me finishing episode 1, part 2... Sorry about that, guys. However, I finished this one just in time to have to lop off the first segment that covered Tuesday's show at the Zoo Amphitheater.
There are a lot of good bands playing during the timeframe of this week's show, though. Here are the bands that we're playing on this episode:
So we caught a good chunk of Traindodge's release show for their new album, Supernatural Disasters. Luckily, for everyone, Self-Evident came down from Minneapolis for the show.
You can check out more of Self-Evident at their website, self-evident.net
I believe most of their recorded material is also available on Spotify.
I got most of their set, though! So subscribe to make sure you don't miss out on any more of their videos from this set! You should also like it, and share it, and stuff.

This video was taken when Found Footage opened up for the Traindodge "Supernatural Disasters" album release show. Don't let the subpar audio fool you, Found Footage is an awesome band with a great sound. I didn't make it into the venue until after they'd started playing, and didn't get to set up my audio recorder. Thus, we're stuck with the muddy directional mic attached to the camera and my crap job of cleaning up the audio. I have more Found Footage to come, but, if you just can't wait, check them out here: http://dusthousestudio.bandcamp.com/a... I've also got some of Self-Evident's set, and most of Traindodge's... and the audio quality for their sets is much higher, so... SUBSCRIBE! And share. Do that, too.
